Koinonia Federation offers a range of facilities for hire at its Christ Church Campus. Available spaces include a multi-purpose sports hall, learning rooms equipped with interactive whiteboards, a large outdoor ball court and a spacious on-site car park suitable for event support or overflow parking.
Facilities are available to hire Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 22:00, and Saturday and Sunday between 09:00 and 17:00 during term time, subject to school use. During holiday periods, hire is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 22:00 and at weekends from 09:00 to 17:00, depending on availability. The school will make every effort to accommodate booking requests whenever possible.
SPORTS HALL

This versatile indoor sports hall is ideal for a wide range of physical activities and group bookings. With a marked court and ample floor space, it can comfortably accommodate team sports such as basketball, five-a-side football, netball and badminton, as well as fitness sessions, martial arts, and children’s activity clubs. The space is well-lit and designed to handle regular weekly bookings, block bookings, and one-off events, making it suitable for both community clubs and private groups looking for a reliable, weather-proof venue.
Good for: Football training, basketball, netball, badminton, fitness classes, youth clubs, birthday activity parties, holiday schemes.

BALL COURT

The large outside ball court provides a secure and spacious area for outdoor games and sports. The hard surface is suitable for informal football, basketball and multi-sports activities, and works especially well for larger groups who benefit from fresh air and open space. This area is particularly suited to clubs or organisations wishing to run regular training sessions, after-school activities or weekend sports programmes.

HALL/ASSEMBLY STYLE SPACE

The hall offers an open, multi-purpose space that can be configured for performances, gatherings or larger group activities. It can accommodate rows of chairs for presentations or performances, or be left more open for movement-based activities, rehearsals, and events. This space is ideal for organisations that need room for audience seating, a central presentation area and flexible use of audio-visual equipment (if available as part of the hire).
Good for: Community meetings, church or faith gatherings, shows and performances, dance rehearsals, award evenings, information events.

CAR PARK

The area is ideal for groups or organisations seeking an accessible, hard-surface outdoor setting with straightforward access and clear visibility.

The Launch Pad / Hub is a modern, flexible meeting and collaboration space designed to support both professional and community-based activities. The room features a large central conference-style table with comfortable seating, a wall-mounted display screen, a whiteboard, and additional breakout tables, creating an environment well suited to focused work and group interaction. The integrated kitchenette further enhances convenience for longer sessions, making the space practical as well as comfortable. Its clean, bright layout offers a neutral, adaptable setting for a variety of purposes. Only available until July 2026.

The sensory room features soft padded flooring, a circular cushioned platform, bubble tubes, and surrounding mirrors designed to encourage calm, focus, and sensory engagement. It provides a safe, enclosed environment ideal for supporting children who benefit from regulated sensory input. The sensory area can comfortably accommodate up to two children at a time.
The connected classroom space offers a practical area for teaching, structured activities, and small-group work, making the combined facility particularly effective for programmes requiring both learning and sensory regulation. Only available until July 2026.

The space is informal, organic, and intentionally wild, offering a unique alternative to traditional playgrounds or outdoor classrooms.
This area is particularly well-suited to activities that benefit from open-ended discovery, sensory experiences, and environmental learning. Its natural layout makes it ideal for groups seeking a calm, reflective outdoor space or those wanting to incorporate nature into their sessions.

- Small-group wellbeing activities, mindfulness sessions, or environmental therapy
- Creative play, storytelling, and outdoor imagination-based activities

- Preferred days and times - Please note: alternative options may be suggested if your requested slot is unavailable.
- Nature of the hire, including
-Type of activity (for example: football)
-Whether the group is adults, children or mixed
-Approximate number of attendees
-Any other relevant information (e.g. equipment requirements, supervision details, safeguarding considerations)
- Duration of the hire (for example: one week, three months, rolling contract, etc.)
