Competency Framework

I know about the Competency Framework* I know what I should be striving for under each heading of the framework* I understand the purpose of the Competency Framework* We use it in Line Management so that I can be clear about what is asked of me and how i should go about my work* Leaders at my campus take the competency framework seriously and refer to it as a way of reinforcing the desired culture of the Federation* Please expand on anything you think is important to tell us in this category - e.g. how the Competency Framework could be used more effectually? Communication

I take responsibility for making sure all my communications – spoken and written – are clear and to the point* I know who I can speak with to get appropriate advice* I think the Federation Executive Co-Headteachers communicate ideas well* I think my campus leader communicates ideas well* I am always clear about the part I will play in changes that happen in the school* I know my responsibility in terms of communication between each campus (if applicable) Please expand on anything you think is important to tell us in this category - e.g. what works well about communication, how it can be better*

Accountability
