Koinonia Federation offers a range of facilities for hire at its Christ Church Campus. Available spaces include a multi-purpose sports hall, learning rooms equipped with interactive whiteboards, a large outdoor ball court and a spacious on-site car park suitable for event support or overflow parking.
Facilities are available to hire Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 22:00, and Saturday and Sunday between 09:00 and 17:00 during term time, subject to school use. During holiday periods, hire is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 22:00 and at weekends from 09:00 to 17:00, depending on availability. The school will make every effort to accommodate booking requests whenever possible.

If you would like to enquire about hiring space at any of our campuses, please begin by reviewing the Facilities for Hire Information document available on this page. Once you have identified a space of interest, please contact the Federation’s Hire Coordinator at premiseshire@koinoniafederation.com, providing the following details:
- Campus
- Space of interest (for example: Secondary Sports Hall)
- Preferred days and times - Please note: alternative options may be suggested if your requested slot is unavailable.
- Nature of the hire, including
-Type of activity (for example: football)
-Whether the group is adults, children or mixed
-Approximate number of attendees
-Any other relevant information (e.g. equipment requirements, supervision details, safeguarding considerations)
- Duration of the hire (for example: one week, three months, rolling contract, etc.)
