Koinonia Federation has state of the art facilities to hire at its Woolwich campus consisting of a state-of-the-art hall with sound and lighting system, learning rooms with interactive white boards, MUGA area and rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the local areas.
The School facilities are bookable Monday to Friday between the hours of 17.00pm-22.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-17:00pm during term time, when not being used by the School. The school also operates hires in the holidays from Monday to Friday 9:00am-22:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-17:00pm subject to availably, the school will endeavour to accommodate all requests whenever possible.
If you would like to enquire about the opportunities for hiring space at any of our campuses please take a look at the facilities for hire document on this page, once you have located a space of interest please contact the Federation’s Hire Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the following;
- Space of interest (example: secondary sports hall)
- Potential days/times required (alternatives will be suggested if what you have asked for is not available)
- Details regarding the nature of the hire (example: football, adults/children, how many attendees and any other relevant information)
Duration of the hire (example: 1 week, 3months, rolling contract etc)
Please retain a copy of the application form found below as you will need to complete it along with providing all the required documentation outlined in the facilitates for hire document.
