SCHOOL GATEWAY

The system for school payments is called ‘School Gateway’.  To use the School Gateway you will need to create an account to make online payments for your child’s School Meals via their smartphone app or website.  You can view school meal balances and top-up at any time.

We will notify you by text or email, when new items such as school trips or capitation are available for payment on School Gateway.  You will also be permitted to give online consent, where required, for your child to take part in activities or trips.  This system will reduce the amount of cash being carried by students, as you can make payments 24-7. 

What you need to do:

Firstly please make sure the school has an up-to-date email address and mobile telephone number.  You can contact the school office if you need to notify us of new information.  To activate your School Gateway account, all you need are your email address and mobile number – this is why it is important for us to have the same information otherwise you may have trouble logging-in.

• Download the app:  If you have a smartphone, please download the free School Gateway app from an app store (Android and iPhone).  The app shows the same information as the website PLUS it will save the school money when we send you a text message.

OR

• Visit the website: www.schoolgateway.com and click on ‘new user’.  Once registered, you will receive a text message with a PIN number.  Use this PIN to log into your new School Gateway account. 

If you are having trouble creating an account or logging in, it may be because the school does not have your correct email address or mobile phone number on record.  Please contact the school office who can arrange for your details to be updated. 

We hope that you will find School Gateway a fast and easy way to pay for Lunch Money, School Trips, Capitation etc.

You can however, still give your child money to ‘top-up’ their school lunch account.  They can do this by paying cash into the ‘cash loader’ which is located in the school reception area.

May we remind you that all meals must be paid for in advance, students will need their accounts to be topped up in order for them to choose their meals each day.
